Fast same day repair of an Airwand that kept cutting out. The warranty just expired, but they replaced the power cable and waived the fee. This is how you get return customers. We have three Dyson products, and I won’t hesitate to come back if needed.
The employees are super helpful, kind and just plain wonderful. I visited when several people who were older came in and the staff were extra kind to them and efficient. One of the visitors didn’t have a phone for check in and the staff brought her an iPad to use.
Second time here and it was a pleasant experience. Would recommend going here for your Dyson repair needs.
Pleasantly surprised at how friendly folks at the service center were. The repair on our vacuum was done as a walk-in within 10 minutes. And the gentleman who helped us was funny. Expected this to be a very corporate experience but it felt like a hometown shop. Super cool. Good work, Dyson! This is how customer service should be.
Update: Dyson would respond to every negative review here asking the reviewer to contact them as if they really cared about customer experience. I emailed them exactly as they advised and guess what it's been a week they never got back to me. I guess they just pretend they care but leaving a comment here. So if your machine is out of warranty but still works albeit imperfect please DON'T take it to Dyson for any servicing as they'd literally kill it and then ask you to pay for some expensive replacement part. I learned my lesson the hard way with my $700+ V11 Toque Drive.
My Dyson V11 had some issues when on Auto and Eco mode, but it was working fine on the Boost mode. I took it to the Dyson shop to have it looked at. They quoted me a motor for $130 plus tax because my Dyson was bought in 2020 so out of warranty and they also suggested I replace the battery for $130 plus tax. I said I’d think about it because for almost $300 I can get a new cordless vacuum with full warranty. They said they blew out my filter and the vacuum should be working a little better now. Guess what I got home and tried to vacuum, not only it still doesn’t work well on auto mode, it also stopped working on the boost mode and also the brush roller no longer spins. Yet it was working fine that morning before I took it to them. So not only did they not fix my issue, whatever fine tuning they did, they completely destroyed the working function I had left in the V11. Now I’m stuck with a V11 that doesn’t vacuum, needless to say I so regret taking it into this shop. So if you’re out of warranty, think twice before you stop by this place and let them tamper with your Dyson.
I returned Dyson Airwrap to Dyson on August 18, and unfortunately, despite the passage of time, I have yet not received the promised refund. This delay has been quite frustrating, and it has left me dissatisfied with the overall customer service experience. Everytime I call the customer service, I get a standard reply saying my refund is in process, but it has been over 4.5 months now.
This lack of timely resolution has not only inconvenienced me but has also diminished my confidence in the efficiency of Dyson's post purchase support.
As a customer, communication and transparency are key to maintaining trust. Regrettably, I have not received any updates or explanations for the delay in processing my refund despite following up on my return multiple times, which adds to my disappointment.
This place is amazing! I drove all the way from West Seattle and after just 20 minutes they had cleaned up my Dyson 8 so it works perfectly again, replacing the filter...at NO CHARGE! So grateful and I can highly recommend them! Very friendly staff who really want to help.
I really appreciate the great service received today, got my vacuum repaired so quickly with great curtesy, thank you so much for the awesome work. Highly recommend to everyone that needs service for your Dyson!
The customer service is amazing. Jess was super helpful, explained all of my options, and repaired my dryer while I waited. I was in and out of the shop in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this repair shop!
